User Data Deletion Policy & Instructions

Intelligent Software Creation House Company Limited (“IntelliSoft”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates iBotMM CPaaS (“iBotMM”, “Platform”, or “Service”).

In compliance with Meta / Facebook Platform Terms, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and applicable data privacy laws, we provide clear procedures for Facebook users and Page administrators to request the permanent removal of their personal data, Page-Scoped IDs (PSID), and messaging logs stored on our Platform.

1. Types of Data Subject to Deletion

Upon processing a data deletion request, the following information associated with your Facebook profile or Page will be permanently erased:

• Facebook Page-Scoped ID (PSID) and account identifiers
• First name, last name, and profile photo links
• Phone numbers and email addresses associated with customer profiles
• Messenger conversation threads and interaction history
• Chatbot interaction logs and form submissions
• Agent assignment records

2. Automatic Deletion via Facebook Settings (Recommended)

If you used your Facebook account or Page to interact with an application powered by iBotMM, you can initiate automatic deletion at any time directly through Facebook:

1. Log into your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2. In the left navigation menu, click on Apps and Websites.
3. Locate iBotMM in the list of connected applications and click Remove.
4. Facebook will automatically send an automated signed_request payload to our Data Deletion Callback endpoint.
5. Our system will verify the request, erase all stored profile records matching your PSID, and return a unique confirmation code to Facebook.

3. Manual Data Deletion Request

If you are unable to access your Facebook settings or wish to submit a manual deletion request for a specific business page or profile, you may submit a request directly to our data privacy team.

Please send an email with the following details:

• Email Subject: Facebook User Data Deletion Request
• Full Name: Your registered Facebook account or Page name
• Facebook PSID or Page URL: Link to the Facebook Page or user identifier (if known)
• Contact Email: An email address where we can send your deletion confirmation code

4. Processing Timeline & Data Retention

Manual deletion requests are processed within 48 hours of verification. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

Anonymized operational logs (such as system error logs) that contain no personal identifiable information (PII) may be retained temporarily for security auditing purposes in accordance with our system retention schedule.
